Toyotas unique System of Active Stability (SAS) dynamically protects both the driver and the load for safer material handling. Toyota Operator Presence Sensing (OPS) provides additional safety by only allowing the truck to operate if driver is seated. Safety is further enhanced by the Tonero’s superior all-round visibility.

The New Autoclean System

The Advantages:

• Improves the efficiency of the cooling system in extreme working conditions.
• Enables the air inlet grilles to be cleaned if they get clog up
• Ensures the machine works at optimum efficiency
• Helps fuel-saving and prolongs the engine’s life-expectancy

The Autoclean System Is A Manitou Solution That Combines:

• A Self-Cleaning Pre-Filter Ejects particles and dust contained in the air
• A Straw Deflector To reduce clogging of the air inlets
• A fan with reversible blades Suck/blow type with an automatic reversing cycle
  

The Autoclean System

1) Self-cleaning per-filter:

The bowl of the pre-filter contains a rotor which turns when the engine is running operated by the inflow or air to the combustion chambers.

Its rotation causes a centrifugal air-flow that ejects dust and debris.

Results:

• Proven efficiency in harsh working conditions
• Prevents premature clogging of the air filter
• Removes the chore of cleaning
  

2) Straw deflector

This protection covers the upper intake grille that provides cool air for the various radiators.

Results:

• Keeps the grille clear
• Reduces clogging of the grille (e.g rubbish and straw)
• Does not obstruct good sideways vision

3) Fan with reversible blades

This device enables you to clean radiators and inlet grilles efficiently and regularly by reversing the air-flow without turning the engine off.

In blow mode, it periodically expels any rubbish blocking the inlet gilles.

 

In suck mode, the fan draws air in to cool the radiators.
